Hi everyone! Happy Wednesday! Today I have a special recipe which I have been dying to do for quite a while… ACAI BOWLS! You’ve probably seen pictures of them before, I first discovered them on Pinterest. But let me tell you, not only do they look delicious, they taste even better!! So here is my recipe for them!
Ingredients:
-one pack frozen acai
-one pack of yogurt (see pic below)
-one cup of milk (almond, soy, regular, any kind will work.)
-frozen blueberries (you may also use frozen bananas. They make it a bit thicker. You could even use both!)
-toppings, I used raspberries, almonds, granola, shredded coconut, pumpkin seeds, and hemp seeds. But you may use anything you’d like!
Recipe: Blend together the following items:
